In 2020, the pandemic shifted everything for Jason, including his work to home. With easy access to food and minimal activity, weight gain became a reality. Exhausted and struggling with food addiction, he said he hit his rock bottom. He knew he wasn’t taking care of himself the way he could be. So he took action 💪
Seeking help through a 12-step recovery program marked a big turning point for him, but he wasn’t going to stop. There was more he wanted to accomplish.
Jason said, I would try to get extra rest and take extra naps during the day, but I never felt fully rested. I also tried to control my neck pain by cracking my own neck. And that just stopped working, lol. I have no idea what I’m doing I’m not a professional. So I knew that there were a lot of problems with my central nervous system.” 🧠
What really inspired him to take action was his incredible son;
He says, “I had watched my son change through his chiropractic care. I saw the control that he had on his sympathetic and parasympathetic nervous system. I wanted to be able to experience some growth and change, and some recovery and healing as he had! This is a child that was having behavior problems in school in first grade, now as an eighth grader he is on the high honor roll for multiple trimesters in a row! There is no way he could have accomplished the things that he did without the help he received for his central nervous system via the chiropractic care he received at PWC. Life changing.”

He says, I’m finally recovering from the physical traumas of surgeries, and I am recovering from being overweight and prediabetic. I have currently lost 90 lb on this journey! People who know me well and I haven’t seen in some time almost don’t recognize me. It doesn’t get old hearing how good I look. What they don’t know is that I feel just as good on the inside, and that’s a change that is sustainable!
