Chiropractic: It’s a family affair

We are lucky to have this terrific trio as part of our tribe and one reason they love chiropractic is because it has helped them all SLEEP so much better!!

Sleep is so important for rest and recovery- allowing the body to heal, recharge and be ready for whatever the next day has in store.

And because chiropractic care helps calm the nervous system and allow it to access the “rest + repair” side easier —- to no surprise sleep is one of the top three major improvements that family’s report in our office.

For mom and dad, it means that they finally have energy to get through the day without feeling so bogged down . Mom said it was hard to explain how uncomfortable they were before finding PWC.  They were frustrated because they had tried a different chiropractic approach and it only helped short term.

For their beautiful daughter Lilliana, sleep means that her little body is growing strong and creating healthy connections that are going to set the tone for a healthier future
