Crystal says, “Life was chaotic before starting care. With a baby, which later we found out would need around-the-clock care… It was very hard to invest time in myself. My whole attention and focus went towards my son. As parents, especially moms, we always like to make sure everyone else is taken care of before we make time for ourselves. Well, I got halfway there. I made sure everyone else was cared for but neglected myself. 😔
