For over 15 years, I’ve been blessed to witness the most incredible, life-changing stories through Neurologically-Focused Chiropractic Care at PWC. Each transformation fills me with gratitude and motivation to reach more families, because I’ve lived it myself with my own “Miracle Man,” my son Oliver.
Our family’s story is the reason I’m so passionate about helping others experience the full potential of chiropractic care. When our first daughter Addison was born, chiropractic kept my wife Kristina strong and healthy through pregnancy and birth, and gave Addison the best start to life imaginable. But just a few years later, our world was turned upside down when Oliver was born.
On May 25, 2014, Oliver entered the world through an extremely traumatic birth. He was rushed by helicopter to a Level 3 NICU, the sickest baby on the floor. He needed multiple surgeries, spent 5.5 days on heart-lung bypass (ECMO), and suffered brain damage, bleeding, and seizures. Every doctor and nurse worked tirelessly to keep him alive, but they gave us devastating odds – just a 20% chance he’d see his first birthday, and nearly 100% certainty he’d face lifelong neurological challenges.
But God had other plans.
While medicine worked to save his life, I worked to restore it, adjusting Oliver’s nervous system two to three times a day, connecting his body to the healing power within. Six weeks later, we walked out of the NICU with doctors in absolute disbelief. His MRI and EEG were clear. His medications were gone. The baby they said would never thrive was doing just that.
Today, Oliver is a strong, healthy teenager who’s never had a seizure or neurological setback. After starting life needing machines to breathe and pump his heart, he now loves distance running, even clocking a sub–5-minute mile as a freshman! Every time I watch him run, I’m reminded of how resilient the body is when we support it the right way.
Out of Oliver’s journey came something even bigger…a calling. The experience inspired me to dive deep into pediatric neurology and develop what we now call the “Perfect Storm” protocols: a neurologically-focused, drug-free approach that helps restore balance, calm, and healing to kids facing neurological, developmental, and behavioral challenges.
What began as one family’s miracle has now grown into a mission. At PWC Chiropractic, we’ve built a world-class team dedicated to helping children and families find Hope, Answers, and Help through neurologically-focused care. Every day we witness breakthroughs, kids no longer struggling with seizures, anxiety, focus, or emotional regulation; families finding peace, joy, and health they once thought impossible.
Through the PX Docs Network (www.PXDocs.com), we’re now training chiropractors around the world to bring this same level of care, expertise, and heart to their communities. Because every child deserves a chance to thrive , and every parent deserves the hope that comes with knowing healing is possible.
Oliver’s story is the heartbeat of everything we do. It’s proof that when you combine faith, science, and the body’s innate ability to heal, miracles can happen every day. And that’s exactly what drives me — to help more families experience their own miracle stories, just like ours.
